Cmbyn 2

Does anyone else feel like cmbyn 2 is just so unnecessary? Like, the first movies ending was perfect it does NOT need a part2

On a similar note, why is everyone romanticising it? Oliver is a grown man who fell in love with a teenager boy, that's not something to romanticise. And Oliver was literally getting married, he cheated on his fiance with a teenager. And why do so many people wish that they had that summer love? No, you don't. The pain Elio felt at the end of the movie, no one deserves that. And I don't think it was love at all, more like obsession or lust. That's why the movie is called Call Me By Your Name

And what about Marzia? "Am I your girl?" BROKE me. This girl deserves so much better. I feel so bad for her, but at the same time, you can't control who you like and who you don't.

I'm still gonna watch the 2nd part, don't get me wrong, I love the movie. I just don't think it's gonna be that good. It's the same as creating a 2nd part to The Notebook
