Hello!!!
Last Thursday I had the sudden extreme urge to take a dookie so asked the teacher if I could go to the bathroom and she said yes. I SPRINTED down the hallway into one of the stalls and sat down on the toilet. When I tell yall my tiny little bootyhole couldn't handle the gargantuan dookie inside of me... I'm being for real. IT HURT SO BAD but then it just really liquidy and it SQUIRTED everywhere. I'm not the type of person to skip class but it kept squirting for 1 hour and I had no choice but to stay in the bathroom.
It has been a few days after this happened and my cute little hole still feels soggy and it aches. I haven't even been able to sleep. PLEASE give me advice on how to handle this...
I know this sounds like a weird joking post but I'm being serious, this actually happened to me.

After I had a similar incident, the only thing that helped me no longer constantly fearing whether I might shit myself at any given time in public was exposure therapy. And by that I don't mean actively shitting yourself, I mean just going out and doing stuff so that you realise, you actually don't constantly run the risk of explosive diarrhea.
