is it just me or all these videogames that are getting movies are actually leading up to a smash bros movie? like every video game character that has gotten a movie in the last 5 years have been characters from smash.

It's hard not to, seeing the current Smash Bros roster and how popular each character is on their own I'm not surprised they're getting movies. Doesn't necessarily mean we'll get a Smash movie but it'd be cool.
