back pain...ughhhh

>>: this really gets on my wires since while yes , sometimes i forget to take it and it's still manageable for a couple of days , but if i forget to take it for too long it comes back in full swing making me nearly cry all damn day .

>>: my physical therapy [ which i now do at home ] does help as well but only significantly helps when i also take my pain medication , without my pain medication it`d be essentially useless. [ well...unless my family somehow got electrical therapy equipment and a proper heating pad...but we can barely afford groceries half the time so fuck that ]

>>: i`m not going back to taking advil or tylenol for it do to literally nothing to help again , and i`m not letting her drag me to a chiropractor AGAIN for it to do nothing but make the pain worse, yet apparently she "knows better" than me even though I know my body better than her .
