First blog i've ever written, don't like sharing anything on the internet but as for me.
Nostalgia is killing people, when you are cycled at the memories of that how you felt good back then are just blinding the fact how maybe, you are feeling better.
Always find good even when you feel bad m8's, when you think you are at your lowest. Remember of those who still stand beside you.

nostalgia doesnt inherently hav to b a depressing, draining. longing for a time tht u perceive as better in ur mind (which our minds tend to distort the past w/ rose colored glasses)
nostalgia, in healthy amounts, can root us in culture, purpose, and significance in life. its just a matter of how u go abt it
