I have this idea for a book, but the trope is kinda overused...

So i had a dream about a hybrid girl that was born from a lab(yes overused) but my idea is that she manages to escape when the lab has a system shutdown. She's not really escaped, the scientists just monitor her in silence to see what she will do. She's runs to the forest, where she meets a rich boy that escaped his home and his pressuring father for a few days. They kind of meet, talk, but the boy wants to desperately get her away somewhere. (Obviously she can't, but he still tries) He eventually succeeds too, making her live inside an abandoned building. It develops into a romance story kinda, because they keep breaking into abandoned buildings and exploring the forest. But the scientist eventually search for her, threatening to bring her back, which the rich boy does not want. So he ends up going against his father's wishes to be the next inheritor of the company and tries to save the girl. He fails :) 

What's your opinion on it?
