I agree with all of the current comments, and I have some more if you're still looking!

• Milk Outside a Bag of Milk - the sequel to Milk Inside a Bag of Milk, it's so much better even if I love them both


• LISA: The Painful - This and the rest of the games in it's series are amazing, one of the best RPG Maker games, up there with OMORI for sure


• Psychopomp/Psychopomp Gold - If you really like the horror of those two games, definitely go for this one.


• Hello Charlotte - This one is super near and dear to my heart, it's definitely in the same kind of RPG Maker games as OMORI. The first game is pretty meh and needs a walkthrough but sets up the world and characters, and the second and third game are just fantastic


• Oath - This one is really obscure, the music was phenomenal, but it was pretty short when I got it, though it's apparently had a lot of content updates recently


• KinitoPET - This one has thematic ties to DDLC, not extremely similar otherwise though


• MiSide - I haven't played this one myself, but a lot of DDLC fans seem to like it, and it seems to have similar themes to DDLC as well.


• Yume Nikki, Ib - These ones kind of goes without saying I think, but on the off chance you hadn't heard of them, I thought I'd mention them.

i heard milk inside of a bag is a crazy experience, and it might be similar to the two games you mentioned!
