Back to basics

I've grown far too comfortable and contended in my own company. Funny when I was the one being accused of being afraid of being alone by a former bff. Ha ha! I suppose we all project our shit onto others. Talking to a new someone, seems a good fit, but then little tidbits start to float to the surface in our conversations. They're fighting the government over the future values of digital currency and regulations and I want to vomit. A capitalist? No, thank you. Next! Why settle for a shallow life half lived, holding out for the next "exquisite trip" while inside I scream for fulfillment. Nah, I'm good. It would be nice to connect deeply with someone again, but I'm not holding my breath. HuMANity disappoints, ceaselessly. 🖤🖖☘️
