ok so recently ive been signed by Youghal United AFC after some bad time with my other club before (Douglas Hall AFC) and im a goalkeeper for the under 19s!! im practising so hard and im getting so much better and i need some tips on how to lose weight since im 5'7 at 17 and around 89 kg but i havent been motivated enough to exercise cause of being depressed cause holy crap i hate living in ireland but yeah i need some tips on how to lose weight and where to begin so hopefully one day i can make it pro!

I'll try to help you a bit, first you have to calculate your basal metabolic rate, this rate is the amount of calories that your body needs just to exist, you know, the basic organ functions. then after calculating you will make a calorie deficit of about 300 400 calories. but you also have to start hitting your daily protein, carbohydrate and fat targets, always trying to eat more natural and less industrialised foods.
in short if you do this and do physical activity at a good and regular intensity you will lose weight.
