About Me!

Hi! So this is more about me than what I put on my page! I would love to be friends if we have anything in common or want to talk!

Hobbies: I have a lot of hobbies that I like to do but my main one is art. I like to draw my own characters and stories kind of like comic strips in a way. I also do just like normal drawings and sketches too along with painting but I am not the best with paint even though I still enjoy doing it. I also am a ballerina which most people find surprising as I am not the type of person to be a dancer but in reality I have been a ballerina forever. It's a way I can distract myself when I have bad days but also just something I love practicing and doing. I do read a lot also which includes mysteries, thrillers, fantasy, and drama book genres. I journal too every time I find cool little things I can cut out of magazines or if it's just like a paper cut out and stickers which I will add to a page and write about that. I kind of have a lot of hobbies now that I look at it lol! I do love cinema and movies which I could spend so much time talking about good movie classics and how horrible remakes are lol!

Music: The music I listen to ranges from about totally depressing to cool youth group paster vibes lol! I love emo music like Saves the Day, The Early November, Thursday, Hawthorne Heights, Taking Back Sunday, Senses Fail, Armor For Sleep, Penfold, and Get Scared. Screamo if that's what you would call bands like Black Veil Brides, Four Winds Away, Asking Alexandria, Hollywood Undead, Sleeping With Sirens, Escape the Fate, and Pierce the Veil. I like 80's Brit-pop and alternative like Bauhaus, Siouxie and the Banshees, The Smiths, The Cure, Joy Division, and The Cocteau Twins. I also enjoy Christian alternative bands like Flyleaf, Fireflight, Collective Dust Band, Skillet, and Reliant K. Big fan of punk including Descendants, Black Flag, Misfits, Screeching Weasel, The Clash, The Stranglers, New York Dolls, SubHumans, Dead Kennedys, and NOFX. Please tell me if I put any of these bands under the wrong genre it gets confusing sometimes lol.

Movies: Movies are the best and I really am into classic movies like from the 60s-00's. I love learning things about them and storing them for the right times lol! My favorite horror/monster movies are Phenomena, Evil Dead, Nothing but Trouble, The Crow, Donnie Darko, The Lost Boys, The Phantom of the Opera, Killer Clowns From Outer Space, The Village, Jaws, and many more. I usually don't watch too many scary movies because they fill my head up with bad thoughts but I do enjoy them when I don't watch them all the time. I do like other films like Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, Princess Bride, Star Wars, Napoleon Dynamite, Twilight, Austin Powers, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Singles, Black Swan, Jesus Revolution, FRED, any DC or Marvel, Dazed and Confused, Heathers, Dune, Tron, Cruella, and others that I can't think of right now lol.

Other Fun Facts: I am obsessed with anything to do with ladybugs or cats. I have two different colored eyes which reminds me of David Bowie who I love very much. My birthday was supposed to be on Halloween but I ended up being born five days earlier which I think is really cool. I am emo and Christian which is so fun because when I find other alternatives who are also Christian they are the best to talk to! I am from Chicago which I love because so are a lot of the bands I listen to and it's fun to relate to them!
