04.24 - college stuff

the semester is almost over!!! it went by soooo fast. my religion class has been a LOTTT of work and reading but honestly it's been pretty fun and i'm gonna miss it!

i have one more exam for my bioarchaeology class before finals in a couple weeks!!! nervous bc it's a webcam test and they always make me nervous for some reason but i think it'll be ok! about to spend a lotttt of time in the library the next couple weeks

i have my schedule for next (my last!) semester made. i'm waitlisted for one of the classes but hopefully i can get into it. so far i'm taking anthropological thought (the seminar class for anthropology majors) and dental science!!! the one i'm waitlisted for is another religion class but it's a broader class than the one i'm in rn which is just about mexico and latin america

still trying to decide if i want to take a 10 day class after the semester ends and i'll probably end up taking it, it's intro to latin american studies which is supposed to count toward my major but i never heard back from the department when i met with my advisor about getting credit for it because it's not listed under anthropology ... need to figure that out soon!!! still don't know how i'm going to make that work with my work schedule but my bosses know that school comes first for me even though i'm an ASM at the stores soooo hopefully they'll understand

also might ask my religion professor about doing some research this summer at her office hours on tuesday?! if anyone has any tips on what to talk about pls lmk!!! <3
