i dont understand the appeal of my state (rant)

I'm a Floridian and I've noticed how many out of staters have moved here and I'm like... why? its constantly hot and humid no matter what part of the state you are in, the northern part of the state is if Georgia and Alabama had a baby together, the southern part of the state is an entirely different state all together and the central part of the state is filled with bad drivers and old people. The rent is insanely high and you constantly have to worry about hurricanes and all sorts of other nonsense like that. Sure I understand visiting/vacationing since Florida has the cool beaches and Disneyworld but to actually LIVE here? that's something I would recommend you reconsider and think through before you make a decision. Am I the only one who feels this way? I don't know but I thought I'd just give my opinion on the matter since I am a Floridian and Florida has been getting lots of news coverage the past few years.
