work sucks

i absolutely HATE the teachers lounge. the teachers at my school are so mean what the hell  they're mean to each other, they're mean to the interns (im an intern), they're even mean to the kids sometimes.. they joke about the kids and talk bad about the colleagues they dont like  ... i really dont like being here.

and the interns get very mistreated by some teachers. some of them expect us to do everything they want at the time they want. some of them skip class and ask an intern to cover for them for THE WHOLE MORNING. like what the hell ? you're supposed to be teaching the kids and me how to work, im not supposed to do YOUR job. this pisses me off so much because i came to work here thinking it would be a calm environment. but everyone wants to take each other down.

i wish i could quit but i cant, it pays well and i need experience.

but i hate teaching.

my actual dream is to be a translator. i know im going to be a good one! i feel like its my calling, its just natural and fun to me. makes me happy. i would love to be able to work in this area.

i hope this works out anytime soon. teaching really does make me miserable and the school dynamic doesnt work well for me.
