ok does anyone have any insane ideas to fix one's sleep schedule??? im talking ANYTHING
at this rate ive been waking up at 12 pm to go to class at 12:30 or skip my first class to sleep in until 1-1:30 pm cause i end up going to bed around 3 am or later, IT HAS GOTTEN OUT OF HAND OKAY
I am the worst morning person ever and it has continued to the point where i CANNOT get up in the morning sometimes, idk what to do im rlly sleepy, and i try to go to bed at a reasonable time but somehow i look at the clock and its already past 2 am !!!
any ideas?
