Ranting lolz!

Okay so, me and my ex ended on good ish terms. Our relationship was kinda rushed and we had to break up due to a lot of things, and mainly js harassment and stuff!

BASICALLY, because of a seating plan change, she sits in front of me in one of my classes now!! It was kinda awkward, but we still smile at each other in the hallways, and say hi when we enter the class and stuff.

We had a pretty hard question given to us in class one day, and she had her hair styled in a way that had most of her hair slicked back into a ponytail, but left out a few pieces of her bangs. She started messing with said pieces of her bangs. Her brows were furrowed, and she seemed so frustrated with the question (I had already figured it out btw). I found myself staring, not really sure why.

Then she seemed to have figured out the question, she smiled brightly, and started writing stuff down, and she let go of her bangs, and they stuck out weirdly and messily cuz of how she was messing with them.

I laughed a little to myself at how silly it was, and I thought to myself ‘Cute’. TURNS OUT I SAID IT OUT LOUD. She heard me too by the way. How do I know? She looked up at me, pretty quickly, and her face flushed red. I blushed too, and I looked away immediately. 

When I left the class, I felt like I had to say something. We don’t usually say bye to each other, but I thought I should have today. So that’s what I did, I called out her name, and I said ‘Bye!’ With a small wave, and she just.. smiled?? Like it was the most genuine, sweet, and caring smile ever. Kinda reminds me of why I fell for her in the first place.

LIKE WHAT DO I EVEN FEEL??? (Ps I’m friends with her twin sister, and my ex also went up and explained how to do the question to the rest of the class very proudly.)
