I feel so embarrassed for having a lot of my interests. I like mlp, plushies, Pokemon ect at my big age ( 18 ). Whilst I enjoy this stuff It makes me feel like I haven't grown up, which is sort of isolating. I just want to relate to the vast majority of people my age.
How to stop liking things ( sort of vent )

We have bigger fish to fry than who likes cartoons. What you like had very little to do with your ability to mature (although liking mlp automatically makes you more based (facts(i dont make the rules)))

I feel the same way. Been indulging in the things I loved a lot as a kid, I feel it can be off putting for others. Making friends at this age is difficult when you are out of highschool its so weird xd

PAUSE!!! interests shouldn't have an age restriction. you like mlp at 18? GREAT! mlp is fucking awesome!! I get the feeling though, but I mean you've got so much of your life left to live, 18 isn't really that old at all, just enjoy what you want rather than trying to fit in and be miserable!
