DISEASES AND VARIOUS...AILMENTS [+ PROFILE UPD!]

abooouttt. two days ago, it was Easter. i went to various places with my cousins and family who live all the way in the north, and come down here to the south (god help me) every once in a blue moon. a couple times a year, actually--namely around summer but i guess religion is a thing, so they skipped their spring break to see me (ha-ha!).

we shopped at the mall, we lingered around their hotel room, i was dragged by my scruff to church, we ate at an ihop (where i proceeded to nearly crashout due to sensory issues)--various places one goes while they're with their family! normal, right?
all these places have a common, shared theme. 

they're in public.

note that while we were out, my younger cousin was mildly sneezing, coughing a bit.. basically sick, but it wasn't on a large scale. she seemed to not feel too good most the time though >_>

i was fine, just cruising, if you will.

they leave on monday, early at 6AM, and suddenly i notice a tickle in my throat as i wake up to a default samsung alarm that i'm still too lazy to change.

i think, "no, haha, i can't be sick! i have theatre classes and i took like 5 vitamin d gummies the other day out of panic(/hj)! surely no virus of sorts would want to infect THIS vessel of mi-"

next thing you know, i'm sick. coughing, sneezing, feel MUCH more dead inside than a zombie usually does, and the best part? i can't miss no days if i wanted to!
not unless i wanted to take exams!
AND GOD FORBID I WILLINGLY TAKE MORE TESTS RIGHT AFTER WE FINISH OUR ACTs AND STATE TESTING.

not only that, but i'm beginning to get concerned for my back & spine--i haven't been able to give my binder a rest siiincee. the end of yesterday. i'm wearing it as i type this, and i think i can hear my very bones beg for sweet mercy. or death (maybe bones can wish they had osteoporosis).

soooooo ya >_< i've had to tell my boyfriend twice so far that i apologize in advance if it gets sick because of me (bless his wretched soul /aff GGAAHHHHHH)

on the bright side, i finished decorating my spacehey. it's got a funky mad scientist theme and it replaces my also new pfp with an even NEWER pfp with a picmix of colin clive, my 547853rd mad scientist husband. if you're reading this, you have probably seen that beforehand. if we're lucky--you may even get to hear a few of my favorite songs that always put me in a good mood for creating monsters and maniacally laughing, including Dies Irae and various tracks from the band Unexpect.

you may even notice a... disruption in the blogposts i've started to make. an unsettling energy. i'm not going to elaborate so ya HAVE to stay tuned now!
