How to love (help)

I don't want to come across attention seeking but I have like created this acc with like no connections with who I actually am so ima just vent.

At 12:48 am or what ever night is I have come to a crisis, how do you actually love someone. I'm not saying that like poetically or anything but I feel like I can't be lived truly if I can't show it back. I'm not saying that in a depressing way but I have autism and I feel like I will never be truly loved if I don't actually know what love is.

If anyone actually reads this please help, I'm not trying to like look for validation or to be loved by anyone reading but I just need help I don't know whag to do.
