hELLO friends, if you reading this then you come to the right page. Here on this page I talk about what's on my mind and things that infatuate me, so stay tuned...

I'm trying to sync with the moon. Bare with me, 

I need to be in sync because it will just make things easier, in terms of my cycle and hello how cool would that be to sync up with the mood casually, and I'm not to into putting hormones in my body, I tried that and it f-up my shit up so im not doing that again. 

I've looked up how to so far but im not committed to it yet, from my research the new non represents the menstrual phases and in order to sync you can try light therapy to act as a mimic of the light that shines when the moon is up. How you may ask, the luna cycle can affect your body though gravitational pull and the light impacts circadian rhythms, so this can be an impact though light and dark 24hr cycle. To start, sleep in complete darkness for 14 days up to the full moon, then with a dim light and adjust the light according to the moon phase. 

I'll keep you guys updated as I try this and log regularly if I notice any changes.
