it won't even start anymore LOOOOL, i've tried to find solutions because i know the reason why, it's not detecting my graphics card (4GB RTX 3050), and it's instead trying to default to my CPU's integrated graphics (12th gen intel core i5-12500H), which fallout 3 does not support.
this is so not cool uugghhh

yeah thats fallout 3 lol, you can try going to windows display settings>graphics>choose fo3 to set prefrence>high preformance, might work but who knows because fallout 3 is a mess
thanks, i'll try that and see if it works. it only broke after i tried to install mods on it, i used the vortex mod manager to install them. then again, i think it also stemmed from the fact that some of the mods i was trying to install were older than dirt, so go figure lol. i'll try it out and see if it works

just found out the issue. for reference, i have an ASUS TUF Gaming F17 laptop, and with that, i have that Armoury Crate app installed by default, and the issue was, when on battery, it uses my CPU's integrated graphics. usually, though, when it is plugged in (which it is, most of the time, outside from when i'm using it for schoolwork), it switches back to the dGPU, but for some reason, it isn't switching over, since it's just on standard mode. gonna switch it over to ultimate and surely it's going to fix the issue, i'm sure. at least i'll hope xDD
