Mirror Image

There’s little truth to be told in our reflection. Light, with its power to color & shape all that surrounds us, bends to the will of this trickster. Our eyes are reversed, the part in our hair askew, even something as small as a freckle ends up on the wrong side when you reach for it. No tool, under rigorous scrutiny, has true accuracy. There are no straight lines or perfect circles here, only the appearance as such. The moment an idea is pulled into the open air, it shifts, altered under observation. Trust what remains unseen.
