If you'd like to go with the traditional route, I suggest piling up random fruits, vegetables, geometric objects and such and drawing naturemortes. Learning to draw basic shapes such as cubes, cones, cylinders etc and using that base knowledge to break down more complicated objects into parts makes it easier to draw. Also drawing naturemortes lowk helps with learning how to bring certain objects forward and others back. It sounds really boring but it builds a lot of skill since you're studying real objects in real time and lighting. Also as weird as it sounds sketching helps a LOT. Saw an interesting person on the street? Sketch out your impression. See a cool object? Sketch it Study objects as much as possible

It depends on what you want to draw and in which medium. I would generally recommend learning the basics, like anatomy and such through trial and error. I think the most important part of making art is that it reflects yourself so I also recommend a lot of experimenting and finding out what you are comfortable with.
Just draw things you like and learn a bit on the side yk I think that does the magic.
