I don't think Ill end up being happy. I know im still young, but I genuinely cannot see myself getting better. I think I'll forever be stuck with this mindset and I'll just have to accept it and get used to it.

The truth is, no feeling stays the same forever; even the heavy ones. Your mind will try to convince you that this is permanent, but it’s not. You won’t always feel this stuck, and you don’t have to believe everything your thoughts are telling you. Life shifts, often when you least expect it. Keep going.
