The New Sexy Man

TITLE: The New Sexy Man

A man who works to improve his core personal traits moves differently. talks differently. behaves differently and carries himself differently. You can see him coming from a mile away. He resonates confidence, humility and truth. There is zero air of desperation about him. He has faith that the work he has done will attracts what he wants. He doesn’t have to be the best-looking guy. A woman who is consciously aware of the difference between him and other men. She can easily identify and appreciate him. She wants a man like this.

The man who works to better himself? The New Sexy Man..

Besides the opening paragraph. All research is gender neutral.

Improving oneself? What does it mean and is there a simple step by step process?

The Statement Gabby wrote about the new sexy man, is true but researching further has indicated there is no gender to self-improvement. The same things that help with Self worth are the same for both sexes.

.

“The only opinion that truly Matters? Is your Own.’

It is a good starting point to increasing self-awareness and avoiding the common pitfall of self-talk. We tend to be our own harshest critics. Often, we have learned to search for acceptance, and self-critics over time when no evidence of value. We sink deep, a life of self-criticism We must be mindful of this, and unlearn this. We need to realize those negative thoughts we have are just that Thoughts, not fact. Being mindful and aware you are reinforcing the negative it will eventually become reality. You need to unlearn that. Do not try to validate your self-worth. Learn you are enough and have value. Regardless of what others say or other factors such as wealth, education, health and social status. Your core self is independent of those. Be careful with self-talk.

We all have a perception of ourself, To improve who you are you have to first realize where the current perception is? Often, we might think of ourselves as fat or ugly. We need to re-write our story. Daily affirmations help Change the whole perspective, take the time and write down all the positive things you are. This has proven to help. Keep a couple of Good one’s as Daily Affirmations.

Stop comparing yourself to others, realize it has no bearing on who you are. You must accept who you are, and affirmation You are good enough, repeat daily till you truly believe it. Einstein said if you judge a Fish on its ability to Climb it will believe its whole life as a failure. Know what you are good at and if you have trouble identifying Key strength’s you have, ask friends for some of their thoughts? Often, they see a side of you that you don’t.

Exercise has proven both beneficial to psychical and mental health, it gives you the ability to see change and feel it. Set small goals and crush them instead of unrealistic goals this will help keep you motivated and improving. You can always create new bigger goals. Exercise should not be a once a week or month but needs to be part of your daily routine to becoming a better person. Take a selfie before you start, realize you are not as Ugly as you thought.

Forgiveness? Use Buddha - Buddhist meditation on forgiveness, which can be practiced at any time: "If I have hurt or harmed anyone, knowingly or unknowingly, I ask forgiveness. If anyone has hurt or harmed me, knowingly or unknowingly, I forgive them. For the ways I have hurt myself, knowingly or unknowingly, I offer forgiveness."

Try this it helps. Volunteer. Helping at a homeless shelter, animal shelter, giving of time at a big brother or sister organization. These are things that mean something and give value to not only oneself, but to someone else as well.” They are concrete not just thoughts. It helps focus on something else besides your own issues.

We are All Born with infinite potential, learn to love yourself and believe in yourself. The foundation for improving yourself. In doing so in time. Like Gabby said, maybe you will be Sexy!!!
