Talking about Ed Edd n Eddy

I'm a huge fan of Ed Edd n Eddy, I've made several art and meme posts that has gone viral for some time. I've also produced animated parodies and am working on a new animated parody. 

The latest one published online is an incomplete work I've started in 2023. It began as a Pibby tribute before delving off with it's own 'plot'. For personal and professional reasons, I've decided to publish it in an incomplete state. 

I was about three years old when the show first premiered on Television, I don't remember a "first time" watching the show. It's a series I grew up with and lived through for the next ten years. For whatever reason, the Cartoon Network where I'm from did not air the latter seasons until three years after the first airing of Season 5. Inexplicably, between 2004 and 2007, they did air the Valentine special, albeit not on a Valentine's day from my recollection. 

In between that time, I would watch Season 5 episodes off Youtube in glorious 240p and divided in three parts per YouTube's ten-minute video limit at the time. I don't think Big Picture Show premiered on TV, I watched it on YouTube, as well. I remember following the news of the movie on the3Eds. 

I recall users grieving the death of the show's Lead Titler Paul Boyd, many confused him for the Title Card artist Kathy Boake, whose illustrations are displayed as the intro slide of every episode.

It's amusing to this day to watch any cartoon and hear Sam Vincent's (Double D's) or Matt Hill's (Ed's) voice, it's like growing a sixth sense knowing who voices what character. Tony Sampson (Eddy) used to voice act, before switching to construction, then a DJ, then an anti-Trudeau conservative (which is pretty on-brand for Eddy, he would run a right-wing podcast if it makes him money), then back at conventions with his old colleagues.

I like Sampson's role in what I've seen of Project ARMs, which I've made a parody of one segment where Sampson's character launches a suicide attack on a city, confronting the main character in his dying breath, I reanimated the scene with Eddy confronting Ed, in the middle of the cardboard city they created in that one episode. 

I heard his role in Cardcaptor Sakura as I believe the titular character's brother, it's like listening to an older Eddy!
