How to heal myself

I don't like it when I cry then my mom, my family or people around me noticed and asked "are you crying or why are you crying? ".

 For someone like me I don't like it when people worried about me... Not to be arrogant or rude it's just that I like to keep my feelings to myself... I don't like when people worried about me I know how to calm myself and how to heal myself. Because if I let people do it they might be confused or even frustrated on how to deal with me.. I have to admit I'm a complicated person with complicated mind and feeling. I even sometimes don't know what I want or why I'm act like this? (Lmao) 

So please if you see me crying or became really quite and isolated, don't ask me " are you alright? " that's only gonna make it worst just ignore me... Let me be alone and let me heal myself.
