idk about you but i always wait until i have no more clothes left to wear to do laundry and then I just leave everything in the basket except for my jeans once its clean
Usually I start washing stuff once my dirty piles (I separate colors, whites, darks) gets big and then leave it in my basket for like 2 weeks before putting it away XD
