seems like the site was down for a bit today. happy easter 4/20! i don't have much going on besides working the closing shift today.
a tea shop just opened in town, coincidentally lining up with me starting to drink tea. of course i bought like 7 teas on opening day. today's tea is one:
Orion
black tea, oolong tea, pomegranate, red cornflower, vanilla, caramel, bergamot
smells amazing and is pretty enjoyable to drink too. i like black tea and bergamot so i was bound to like this tea, i think. the subtle addition of vanilla and caramel give it a wholesome flavor, and the pomegranate and cornflower add a little bit of lightness. an excellent choice for a high caffeine tea for my mornings.
don't think it beats out the london fog earl grey but definitely will be added to my regular rotation, i think. maybe it's more suitable for drinking hot? i drank it iced, as i drink all my tea.
