fun fact the eleven one (sauron) is a tolkien drawing. i think that if you look it up you can find more art made by the man himself (he made a lot of art for the hobbit specially).
i also loved the one of elrond with an visibly aged elros, i got emotional when i looked at it :(
I like Tolkien's depictions of stuff, I appreciate how simple it is. Any art with elrond and elros always gets me. It's such a sad concept, and he does it 3 times basically. His parents become stars, his brother dies, and his daughter chooses a mortal life. As well as losing his foster parents and having to be separated from his wife Celebrian .
