some random 6th graders recording me smoking w my friends

So basically I’m in 7th grade, and I smoke with my friends in 12th grade outside my school, I have two friends (one of them is my brother) who are in 6th grade. And there was this one time we were smoking with some 12th graders, my brother and I were vaping and taking hits from they’re cigs here and there, but our other friends were smoking cigs, and atp I look over at a group of kids and see them all staring at us and some girls recording. I got scared because I’m only 13, I don’t want my mom knowing that I smoke, or to get expelled. So before I continue keep in mind that those kids are those like, Nike tech, bape, TikTok, rich kids, and we’re just grunge kids. So we all start panicking and we get into this fight, they’re over 40 kids yelling at us atp and then other grades get involved. The only ppl who were defending us were the 12 graders, tbh if it wasn’t for them I think we would’ve tweaked out and go rlly scared. They keep blackmailing us and threatened  to show the school that video. I hate 6th graders, the get they’re respect from they’re asses and 9th graders too.
