Super excited about a potential new home

Seeing as how i'm restricted to living with my parents we've been looking into a new housing situation. Our current landlord is kind of a turd and we pay wayyyy too much for what we've got. The potential new place is a whoooole house, that we could have all to ourselves. We'd pay more but at least we'll have way more space. I'm potentially looking at having a whole place to myself in the basement for 750 bucks a month. Talk about a nice change of scenery!

Speaking of nice change, I've been shown pictures of where I'd be. It's INCREDIBLE! The house is rather old and unrenovated. The decor is ANCIENT, in a good way imo. My bathroom is GREEN!!! GREEEEEEN!!! Not to mention the yellow kitchen, too! It looks like a dollhouse in the best of way. I'm not feeling some of the rooms but the nice lady that owns the house says she'd be happy to pay for some paint. Can't wait to cover my bedroom in my favorite colorrrr (A nice navy blue uwu)
