(bad grammar)
i cannot express how much i hate ai, everywhere i look it's there; school, internet, even in science fairs!
my school took us to see a science fair made by high schoolers in a prestigious school and there were like 13 stands and 12 of them were ai related, just 1 of them was experimental and it was the only fun one tbh, the only one that included actual science and math
another instance; my school has graphic design and photoshop classes, they literally teach how to do graphic design, yet they use ai in their school website. even my unc (who is a graphic designer) uses ai. even adobe illustrator has ai feature, i thought we use that app to make our own collage, not to ask for a shitty one
alot of students use ai to do their homeworks and it's not just one time thing, they do it all the time and it pisses me of so much, not only they don't learn anything since they don't even read what ai says but they use alot of resources for ai to produce an answer. and the students who actually does their research gets the same grades which is insane in my opinion
people sell ai artwork, not only as in commissions on internet, but in actual stores as earrings, toys, puzzles etc.
not to mention Studio Ghibli incident, you guys ruined art for Miyazaki and the others! instead of commissioning an artist like a decent being, some people fed Studio Ghibli's art style to ai LIKE MORONS!!1
people are so lazy to do research online anymore, instead they HAVE to ask ai
and there is even more things ai has ruined
i just hate it

Bro its soo bad that i've seen ai ads come up on TikTok and youtube. Its so freaking insane, how and why did we let it get this bad (╬▔皿▔)╯. And your point about school and ai is sooo real. I wont lie and say I don't use ai, but I use it for revision purposes and to grade what I have before I turn it in. But I've seen people completely rip their papers right from chat, and when the see me struggling they say "just get chat to do it"

i keep seeing ai graphics on postcards, gift bags, SHIRTS, even on my school’s facebook page. I AM SO TIRED OF IT. the school fb page especially pisses me off bc why can’t they find a stock photo for a post, do they really have to generate a crappy ai pic??
schools get donations too, they aren't poor
like i said mine teaches graphic design, they can ask the teachers, but no, they have to ruin the school's page like that

I was shocked when the AI even started creating images. Like, they used to be clumsy, but now? Now only the artists themselves can distinguish artificial intelligence from a real artist. I first saw AI for commercial purposes when I was traveling to another city. We went on a tour (by the way, this was the pride of the city) and there were informational posters with clumsy pictures of the oo of artificial intelligence. Like, seriously??? You are not some small business, was it really difficult to pay pennies to at least some student from a design university? (Although this topic has only just begun to reach people older than me, and they could not be deceived by passing off the work of a soulless machine as their own). But the scary thing is that I even see ads created by AI. WHICH ARE PLAYED ON TV AHHH

i saw like 1 on tv and it was a guy playing drums (no sounds, just movements), they could brought someone's toddler to do that for free (as if they don't make millions a month as a company) or buy a stock video and yet they choose to make it with ai

we totally need laws regulating the use of ai. personally i’d ban ai graphics/videos for commercial use
