first panic attack

This story about my first panic attack

this inccident happened at school (of course lol)

there was a computer science lesson. test. exam preparation. everyone was given task sheets. expert for me.

i tried to say for teacher about that, but she just gave empty sheet. she dont understood me. i felt panic and stress. its was difficult for me to tell her about her mistake. again. 

and in this moment tears fell on the notebook, and in this moment my body was numb. 

i couldnt breathe.

lesson was end. and my class teacher toom me to her classrom and called my parents.
