People who are also on T... What's the best way to deal with heat flashes -_-

Hi. I'm back again

I've started T again and I really love it. I'm on luperon too. I had heat flashes on it before but I feel like they've gotten more frequent and they're really annoying to deal with. Is there anything I could do to help with it or no?
