movin’ away and startin over a new leaf

Fellers, let me just tell you I highly recommend investing into a good bike. The bike I have is a KENT 2600. Searched it up and found it’s rather pricey… But as an owner, I can verify that it’s well worth the price :3

My fave pastime is to hop in this hike and ride around my neighborhood while listening to music with me AirPods. On Tuesday, I’m moving TF away from Kentucky and this neighborhood is in the list of things I’ll miss the most about this derby town… Seriously, my neck of Georgia has no mountains ;_; Talk about shell shock. I’m merely moving in with my mother. The house in this neighborhood will stay. I wanna get my life in gear and move to, like, Tennessee someday. I love me the mountains. Of course, I’m excited to start this new chapter in life. So grateful.

Not to get all messy on the public internet but I do not like the person I am here. I hate how I’m always so concerned about what others think about me. Truth is… I’m not that special and no one has a hate boner for me. No one is actively wishing on my downfall. It’s dem internalized demons, man. They’re disguising themselves as like people I’ve known in my life. My negative thoughts try to convince me my fate to be nothing is predestined to be a failure. Thing is, I’m not trying to be great or anything… In another way, I really don’t care what people think about me. My mango in life is tah blow up— No it’s to be in a position in life where I’m living independently on my own. Free will. I’m in control of my own life. My own expenses. Working.

Yeah. I’m glad to just shed this past self of me. The one that’s a major people pleaser. Moving away is my chance to start over a new leaf. Change can be hard, but it’s life.

But yeah. My first paragraph was just a convo starter xp Absolutely LOVE that bike. Like I mentioned above, I ride around my neighborhood that has hills. There’s this one hill that makes you go UBER FAST when you’re going down. Dude, I ran over a poor big black snake that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere today. I was distracted by my phone and I saw something black moving on the road. I shrieked but could not stop my bike in time… I looked back to see the snake slinking into the grass. Hopefully it’s okay. Dude I loveeeee snakes. Nearly two summers ago, the fam and I went on a vacay to Florida and on our way there, we stopped at a forest park with a hiking trail. Inside one of the buildings there held a CORNSNAKE and her name was Popcorn. I held the snake. She was gorgeous. Anyway, I’ve never really seen a snake in my neighborhood before, so it was quite the sight to see!

But yeah. Cya, hope you all are having a lovely night! <3
