Não acho que seja o maior terror psicológico mas vi Mouthwasshing e ficou na minha cabeça por dias

Have you played the Resident Evil series? If so, I recommend the 4th one since it has a dark tone unlike the 1st or 2nd one

I played Resident Evil 3 remake and Resident Evil 4 classic and Resident Evil 4 is really good.

Condemned is pretty awesome. Lost in Vivo as well. You should totally play the other Silent Hills (atleast up to 4). Deadly Premonition is on my list but I have not played it yet.

I really recommend Fran Bow. The story is amazing, but the gameplay might be boring imo. Because there is only one ending and the choices in the dialogues have almost no effect on anything. But still, every time i play, i dive deeper into the lore.
Fran is a girl who ends up in a mental hospital and is given pills that allow her to switch between realities.

There's a shocking plot twist in the end btw⊙.☉

I was too lazy to play fran bow because it's a point and click, but someday I'll give it a chance

Heyy,

It's not really a "psychological"/scarier game like cry of fear or silent hill, but Outer wilds is a great game to try. The gameplay is mainly just exploring, and even tho it's not scary, the philosophical impact it has on you is something else.
Fears to fathom is great, mainly because these scenarios indeed CAN happen in real life. How I said, it's not really a psychological horror, but overal, it's great. Id recommend you something actually matching the games you wrote about, but I can't think of anything else rn.
