thank u ur pretty too <3 idk how to even explain the eyeliner but I'll try it: I try before I put it on to try the waterline with a q-tip and then apply the eyeliner. pulling the eyelid down/up helps. Then I aply mascara to top and bottom lashes. hope this is a little useful :D
