How to make Windows 10 look like Windows XP

If you can't tell by my profile and this blog, I LOVE how the old windows operating systems looked. Especially Windows XP!!!

Here's a YouTube video on how to change the look of your windows 10 computer (Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are also supported). Even though it specifically says Windows XP, there are many other options.

To make your computer look even more like Windows XP, you can change the icon images of the apps you have on your pc. 

Steps:

1. Right-click on the app you want to change

2. Click Properties

3. Go to the Shortcut page (it should automatically open to this page)

4. Click change icon at the bottom

5. Either insert your own image or select from the ones given

6. By typing this into the search bar when looking for icons ( %windir%\explorer.exe ) It gives some older looking icons you can choose from

And BOOM your pc should look like an old 2000's computer! I hope you enjoyed this lil tutorial!
