that's awesome! I can't see how that's not considered a big amount like that is a high number haha.
as for questions, what are good starting points for getting into weight training and everything? I've started gym for a college course but it's a small gym & I have no idea what I'm even supposed to be doing... like I've tried to look into it but I'm not sure what actually works! famous people are hard to trust when they're likely to promote useless things haha
the way i do my routine is on monday, i focus on legs so do things like squating, lunges, leg press, banded hip lift, box jumps, etc! On Tuesday i like to bench and work on arms. So do things like benching, curls (dumbbell and bar), tri kickbacks, dips, incline pushups, and side lateral raises! Wednesday is stretch and cardio, so do things like 90/90s, high knees, butt kicks, side lunges, etc. then for cardio its really your choice! hop on a treadmill, run a mile or two, its up to your personal preference. On Thursday I do hang cleans, deadlift and some more cardio. And on Friday i do something new or a mix of them all. I typically rest on weekends or work out abs. Now this is just my routine and it is most certainly not perfect, but i encourage you to try it out and if others comment on their routines to try theirs too! Remember to stretch, have someone to spot you, drink lots of water, eat, and push yourself to be great!
