[Light Novels] Monogatari - currently reading

16/0/4/2025 - Started reading Kizumonogatari

In all honesty I wasn't sure what the novel would add when this is already adapted perfectly, I was just interested in reading Nisio Isin's writing without the pictures, and wanted to buy something to read at school, not to mention Vofan's cover arts are very pretty, so I bought the season 1 set.

Best financial decision ever made. I knew I was reading the peakest of peaks when Araragi actually went on for two and a half pages describing how Hanekawa's panties and thighs looked like. In the movie, it was very beautifully animated, and I think it did a good enough job of stressing how locked in to looking at Hanekawa's thighs Araragi was. But I think how Araragi felt about that moment was kind of lost through adaptation. 

Anyways, I'm only allowing myself to read this at school so I can have something to look forward to so I haven't gotten very far. But like it so far, a LOT more than I expected I would.
