I kind of want to change my layout.. (〒﹏〒)

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM???  

I think I finally finish my profile and layout and then I decide I don't really like it.. 

The screen moves up and down making it annyoing to click on things

and the filter on it makes it kinda hard to see what the words say

but at the same time, IDK HOW TO READ CODE!!!

I used one of the popular layouts in the layouts section and I cant figure out which layouts in the code part are from the layout and which are from random little layouts that I want!!!

expect a bad looking layout soon while I sort out what I want my profile to look like..

no hate to the layout ofc!!!! I'm just sad I have to deal with code again sigh.......
