my progress has been slow in the gym for a while. thats a little discouraging. i could go on a strict diet and get really anal about macros and shit, but i mostly just eat whatever i want. i guess i enjoy food more than i hate my body, which i dont think is a bad thing.
its not like i only go to the gym to look better anyway. it feels good. its meditative and grounding. and i try to eat healthy anyway — i kind of got lucky that i really enjoy healthy foods. ive had multiple people call me a rabbit because of how i eat raw vegetables like broccoli and lettuce
