there's so many moments that can change the course of people's lives

ive been slowly gaining consciousness, and I've been realizing how many decisions in our lives have made large impacts on us and others around us, and it all happens to us whether we realize it or not. 

I'm gonna list some that come to mind: 

- going to school for the first time

- getting a new pet

- having your first big fight

- meeting your favorite teacher

- meeting your least favorite teacher

- failing for the first time

- succeeding for the first time

- finding out a new fear you have

- overcoming a fear

- witnessing the end of a relationship (breakup, divorce, etc.)

- feeling love for the first time

- feeling heartbreak for the first time

- reading a book that teaches you a lesson that you would have never learned elsewhere

- moving towns

- going to school for the last time

- getting your first job

- finding your soulmate

- getting married

- getting fired for the first time

- having kids

- basically seeing your childhood but from a parent's perspective

- seeing your childhood best friends also having children

- losing a loved one

- mental illness

- chronic illness

- ur pet dying

- addiction

- ending addiction

- your kids treating you to nice vacations

- finding your platonic soulmate

- seeing your spouse die

- retiring

- getting to that age when you start to look back at old memories

all of these things are happening to people around us 24/7, and I personally think that's crazy. one person's mundane Wednesday afternoon could have been the best day of another person's life. also I find it crazy how a person's life can change so drastically because of a single decision whether it be for the better or worse
