hiiii and good morning everyone :D today im going to the doctor!!! and i have some thoughts about it that i figured id write... so here goes

for the past few years i have been horrifically tired and needing naps at least once a day or else my brain starts to feel foggy and gross. after a lot of research i want to look into hypothyroidism because it runs in my family and can make you super tired and give you brain fog, anxiety, and other things that i struggle with @_@ but im scared that when i go to the doctor theyll tell me its just my depression causing this!!!

so this morning i was getting dressed and i wanted to wear my chiikawa shirt but i started to think that if i did, they wouldnt take me seriously. so i just chose a plain sweater instead. it might be me overthinking but it still sucks that people (women in particular) have to worry about whether doctors will take them seriously or not. im going to INSIST on a thyroid panel!!! i dont want to hear "ohhh its just your depression... ohhh you just need to change your diet and exercise more" or any bs like that. or the dreaded question "any possibility you could be pregnant?" lolll

it doesnt really help that the doctor ill be seeing is male (i think) normally i ask for a female doctor but i needed something asap after i moved so i scheduled this appointment in like. december and this was the soonest they could get me in. blehhhhhhghhg

also on a side note, they offered me the position i interviewed for yesterday! and ill be starting tomorrow! a full time job makes me really nervous... but its a vape shop like before so i need to chill. i also think the dress code is pretty lax so i can wear jirai kei just like i did at my last job. the guy told me "just wear what youd normally wear" oh i will.... oh i will. 

anyway, ill probably post later if i have any more to say... im really nervous for this appointment and i hope everything goes like i want it to. but until its time to leave ill be online, so feel free to add me or message or any shenanigans like that bc i really like this site so far!
