I'm seeing if others have the wrong definition. I don't really put myself into this discourse but I'm bored and I don't care. Here's mine:
Proship: Anti-harassment, supporting all ships
Comship: short for "complicated ship". Something like demon x human
Darkship: Anything illegal irl
These are the right definitions, by the way. I'm tired of people getting the wrong idea.
I also think you can't say shit like "proshipper" or "comshipper" since it's a verb.
Personally, I'm proship and comship but I don't say that because others keep getting the wrong idea, and with other people using the wrong definition. .

saying proship just means anti-harassment is dumb. thats just what they say to try and make themselves look like the victims for shipping nasty shit that people arent okay with. like yes im aware that proship doesnt Necessarily mean pedo/incest/zoo/abuse in general type stuff but a lot of the time it does
im not going to straight up harass anyone over ships because i have a life but anyone who is pro/com/darkship gets a heavy side-eye and a block/report depending. like keep that shit to yourself, nasty ass

just because you share distate for proshippers , doesnt mean you get to spread misinformation about what it means to proship and what it means to BE proship . proship sttarted as a 'ship and lets ship mindset' , where the meaning of proship is literally to be anti harassment and not caring about what others ship . even if it makes you uncomfortable . if you harass people over ships , you are anti ship . if you don't , you are pro ship . quite simple .

i think people don't like the use of proship due to the definition being used for people that support darkships to sweep that shit under the rug and get it normalised, personally i'd be considered proship by your definition because I avoid the ships I don't like, but I don't identify as proship due the way people use it ykwim?
