if they're not a good person to like keep in contact with and they turn everything against you, you need to decide if it's worth working through that to make it work or just cutting them out of your life. a lot of the time, they're just not the right person, or it's just not the right time in your lives to be friends and anything else!
which can suck, but at the end if the day, you want somebody who isn't causing drama and making things harder than they need to be. you want somebody you can be comfortable saying those kinds of things to and be able to work through it
