my feelings

i can never open up properly about my feelings. whenever someone talks to me jm just silent i cant utter a word whenever i cry. even when i pray to God i dont know what to say. but i dont need to say anything for my heart is already screaming out all my pains and my spirit and blood is screaming for God, and He hears. but i want to talk properly too. i dont want to be mute when others ask.
