A Moments Embrace: If It Were Now To Die

A Moments Embrace is an emotional hardcore/Screamo band from K-W, Ontario, Canada. They have one album, If It Were Now To Die published by This Dark Empire Records on June 20th, 2006. They formed in the summer of 2005, and disbanded sometime after their first album was released.

I found profiles for the others, but couldn't confirm they were the same people as there were multiple and their occupations didn't blatantly align.
