i'm back

woahh i was just setting up my new laptop and i found this so i decided to check it out again and update my profile and it's crazy how much has changed !! since i've last been on here i changed my pronouns (realised i'm definitely cis), got into a relationship, realised i'm a lesbian, joined my school's choir, broke up with my ex, went to my first party, made new friends, lost old friends, got the best grades i've ever had, had my last day of high school ever, recovered, relapsed, found healthier coping mechanisms and new hobbies and became way happier. but it's insane how much can change in 2/3 years. there's so much i can't even think of right now and so much i'm only just realising now that i really think about it. i have a tendency to get stuck in the past, feeling like i haven't made any progress, like i'm the same lonely kid i always was, but in reality life is truly so unexpected, things are always changing and you always can grow and change with that- in fact i think it's pretty inevitable. there are still many things where i struggle to move on but it helps to remember how far you've come

i'm probably talking to nobody here but this was weirdly therapeutic, maybe i'll continue posting here hahah
