Disney Fairies characters tierlist template!! (gen2/movies and fairies only)

Alot of Disney Fairies tierlists only have the main girls and a couple more main characters (also there was this one that forgot a Zarina and Periwinkle and that annoyed me so much) so I made my own with side and background characters from the movies (+the never council from Pixie Hollow Online)

If you don't know the character you can look them up!! Most of them should have a slight character/personality description on the Disney Fairies wiki

You can also just rate them either based on vibes or design (do whatever you want honestly, rate them based on who you'd be able to beat in a fight for all I care)
